HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK RESPONDEN DAN SWITCHING BARRIER DENGAN REPURCHASE INTENTION DIRUANG RAWAT INAP RSUD KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

Growth and external change environment causing competition to quality hospital service globally. Increasing social economy , education , development pattern disease , technology health , and medical trends other country be opportunities at once threat for hospital in maintain his patients . Aim research for knowing relationship Characteristics Respondents and Switching Barrier with repurchase intention in Room Treat Inap RSUD Tanjungpinang Year 2015. Design research correlational . Sample 66 respondents with proportional random sampling. Tool measuring questionnaire with 43 questions . Analysis of univariate data , Spearman correlation and regression logistics double . Results research show there is correlation characteristics respondents that is distance (p = 0.001), cost treatment (p = 0.000) and experience treatment (p = 0,000) with repurchase intention. There is correlation switching barrier with repurchase intention ie dimensions of Alternative of attractiveness (p = 0.001) and interpersonal relationship (p = 0,000) where the most powerful correlation is on interpersonal dimensions relathionship with value coefficient correlation r = 0,500.

 

ABSTRAK


Pertumbuhan dan perubahan lingkungan eksternal menyebabkan persaingan terhadap mutu pelayanan antar rumah sakit secara global. Meningkatnya sosial ekonomi, pendidikan, perkembangan pola penyakit, teknologi kesehatan, dan trend berobat keluar negeri menjadi peluang sekaligus ancaman bagi rumah sakit dalam mempertahankan pasiennya. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan Karakteristik Responden dan Switching Barrier dengan repurchase intention di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Kota Tanjungpinang Tahun 2015. Desain penelitian korelasional. Sampel 66 responden dengan propporsional random sampling. Alat ukur kuesioner dengan 43 pertanyaan. Analisis data univariat, korelasi Spearman dan regresi logistik ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada korelasi karakteristik responden yaitu jarak (p=0,001), biaya pengobatan (p=0,000) dan pengalaman rawatan (p=0,000) dengan repurchase intention. Terdapat korelasi switching barrier dengan repurchase intention yaitu dimensi Alternative of attractiveness (p=0,001) dan interpersonal relathionship (p=0,000) dimana korelasi yang paling kuat adalah pada dimensi interpersonal relathionship dengan nilai koefesien korelasi r = 0,500.
